The crane is different for the manual and electric so you can't do it. Either find a used crane and handle, either replace the electric motor.

By 'crane', Banzay is referring to a window regulator. They are fairly inexpensive. Make sure you get a 'front left' one as they are different for each door.

Thankyou. I have been told that if I convert drivers side window to a manual regulator, my other windows wont work as the main motor is in drivers door ?

Each door as a power window motor attached to the regulator. The switch that controls all the door motors is on the drivers door and can't be removed if you want the other doors to work. Why are you converting the driver door to manual if it already is power? You can replace the motor separately. A new window regulator assembly with a new motor for one door is around $80 US.
