Why is my Toyota Camry not starting?

my 2000 Toyota Camry stalled while exiting highway, replaced starter approx 9 months ago. Car has been a little difficult to start in the mornings for about a month. I would really appreciate any advice.

Have battery tested for proper voltage. Also how old is the battery? Are all the connections clean and tight? Are the negative battery connections to the frame and motor clean and tight?

The battery is approx 4 months old, connections are all tight and just cleaned and tightened everything but still won't start...
