After how many miles should I change my spark plugs and wires?

It depends on the spark plug, standard plugs will go about 30K plats will go 60K double plats and Iridium 100+. I put in a set of Iridium's in mt Tahoe at 60K, checked them at 150K still looked new, checked then again at 185K still showing no wear, sold it at 200K.
