My 95 Camry is requiring more coolant or water in the past week (more in past few days), the radiator looks pretty new. Does it use more coolant when it's rained a lot or been colder?
Have had car since June 2013 and it's been
taken care of for maintenance and repairs.
Has 212k miles. Why is it requiring more
coolant lately, but not in the past 2 winters?
You have a leak somewhere in the system and or your burning the coolant. Do you smell antifreeze when you stop the car and open the hood?
If the amount you are losing is small and you don't have any hoses that are obviously bad, try putting Alumaseal in your radiator when it is cold. Never open a radiator cap when the car is hot.
