95 toyota camry 2.2.my car not start,has gas and sparks,the cylinder are full of gas,whats wrong 9The fuel pressure regalator)?

If cylinders are full of fuel, it should at least pop over. Have you checked your main fuses under the hood? Check the big ones. There should be a main engine fuse that's like a 40 amp. I have had those blow and that will cause a no start condition.

I would NOT start a vehicle with traces of gas in the cylinders. Pull the engine oil dip stick and smell/ feel for gasoline. A bad fuel pressure reg. can indeed cause this problem. Pull a vacuum on the fuel pressure regulator. It should hold a vac. If not...replace FPR. Change engine oil and filter before attempting a restart.
