I have a 95 Toyota Camry LE, it won't start, the guy fixing it says its getting fuel, it's firing and compression is good so he's stumped. It tries to turn over sounds like it wants to BUT won't

Either a weak battery or bad starter. Try jumping it and see if it will start up. If not, the starter may be on it's way out. If you jump it and she goes, change the battery.
