My 1994 Camry muffler is making noise, the mechanic said it will cost be $300 to fix the flex pipe on the front and back part of my car. Is the that amount not too much

Part plus labor, seems fair. Call a couple muffler shops in your area for an estimate to determine if your mechanic is in the ball park.
