94 toyota camry engine light is on rough idle what is the issue?

car has about 240,000 miles on it. Just had oil change an inspection nothing was noted.

Check for vacuum leaks. If none are found change out your radiator temp sensor. This video may help. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwsE- qA2cHw&hd=1
