i have a 1994 toyota camry `and my speedometer keeps burning behind the cluster does anyone no why? im sure its a short

could it be insufficient ground....the Black battery cable needs to be wirebrushed at the place where it attaches to the ground/chassis...wirebrush the chassis too....get a NEW battery if yours is older than five as they degrade ten percent per year...stop accepting a charge...get a NEW one~

the headlights might be WEAK on account of this factor~
