Question.. i recently got a 93 toyota camry that had been sitting in the yard i assume 1 or so.. i was told the only problem was the starter so i replaced the started it wouldnt start without jacks being on the battery, so i did some research and it said maybe it was the relay so i replace that and again with the jacks on the battery the car start up the inside lights come on but when i try to crank it , it wont turn over also i tried to turn the outside lights on and they wouldnt come on .. what to do ?

Sounds like the Battery needs to be replaced. When a Automotive Battery sits for more than about 30 days...it will sulfate and be dead. Charging the battery usually will not bring it back to long life. Suggest you remove battery...take it to the nearest parts store and ask them to test it. Careful now....do not reverse connections on new battery. Find someone who knows how to install a battery correctly. Get back to us with result.

Well.....let's see....battery good starter motor good. Engine will not crank over. Time to get out the voltmeter and check the cranking circuit. If she cranks over and starts with a proper "Jump"....Jumper Box or Jumper Cables.....you most likely have a bad/dirty/corroded connection in the Cranking Circuit.
