You can not adjust or tune the OEM Mass air flow meter on your vehicle. If you having idle and driveability issues, you can clean the filaments inside the sensor. It is located in your air hose going to the engine. Locate your air filter and follow the hose that connects to the throttle body, the meter will be inline of the hose. You can remove the hose and meter and using special MAF cleaner by a maker CRC found at any auto parts stores, you can clean the thing filaments of dirt. http://www.ehow.com/how_5152778_clean-mass-air-flow-meter.html
