Car will start but has no power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced dist  core plugs wires. Fuel filter    throttle sensor  timing belt
Engine runs great but has no power.

How does an engine run great but have no power? I would check the engine compression. Low compression would reduce power. Also check the catalytic converter to see if it is partially plugged up.

If it ran fine before you did the work, I recheck the job, I suspect that you may have the timing belt off a tooth or two, it would still run but be underpowered.
