Is your check engine light on? Are all of your gauges working? If your speedometer or tachometer has stopped working, that will affect how the car shifts.

all my gauges are working and there is no check engine lights on. someone told me my cad converter id pluged.

That's possible, but I have had a plugged cat before and it does not get better. If plugged, it will only get worse. You can always drop your exhaust and check it easily enough.
