I just did oil pump seals on my 1990 toyota Camry. It starts fine. But when I am driving it

any number of things might be wrong...if I would hazard to guess would say perhaps the catalytic converter is plugged...the reason, there should have been a tune-up~ check the condition of the spark plugs...this will tell you the situation~

plugged or inoperative EGR valve~

Was this condition present BEFORE you replaced "Oil Pump Seals"?
