Keyless Push button start

Sounds like it will start normally, but
check engine light doesn't go out,
And engine doesn't crank. Open the
door, kick the tires, wait a minute and
everything is normal. Key fob battery is
new..take it to Toyota garage and it's
"Can't duplicate malfunction"  ????

If check engine light was on at one time now it is off the code or codes are still stored in the computers memory the Toyota dealership should know that. Have them scan for stored codes.
