avalon 2003 started blaring the horn upon starting car. could only stop it by removing its relay

Why does the horn  blare so much ? What is wrong? How to fix.

Did the alarm trigger? Sounds like it... You trigger the alarm, it may have a delay at which point you put in the key - and its timer ran out - and starts going off... good luck.
