P0300 code on a 2000 toyota avalon. Random cylinder misfire(2,4,6) what's the likely cause? Could it be oil controll valve?

Sounds like a failing ignition coil or ignition module. Most often when they go bad they'll work fine when cold but once they warm up they break down. HTH. -Jim
