Does anyone know if loose motor mounts on a 1999 toyota avalon will affect the allignment?
I have had my car aligned three times, by different independents now, and each time I
find the inside of the tire is wearing very badly, and I have to get new tires. Do I have bad
jokers doing my allignment, or could the motor mounts be giving me the headache?
Probably not the motor mounts, but I'd say the suspension components should be checked. Ball joint, tire rod ends and struts for wear. How many miles? If this e components where very worn, the alignment shops would have found the culprit already. Did you tell them about the wear? Did they offer a suggestion?
