No reverse on 20p2 toyota 4runner. And no neutral.
When starting vehicle it kind of jerk forward a little
bit

Check the fluid level and maybe look at a flush and fill with new filter. Lurching forward when in neutral can be a sign of heavy dirty trans fluid.
