Jumpy brakes

When braking my brakes seem to be Jumpy. It also
lightly jurks the wheel a little too.

Obviously it's time for a brake job.

The brake rotors are warped, the best thing to do is too replace them, you might be able to turn them but doing so makes them thinner so they warp faster.
