I have a 94 4 Runner with the 22RE and a 5 speed trans. It is not in perfect shape but runs really strong. I am not sure what a fair price would be to sell it for?? What would you ask for it?

Well, it depends. How many miles/ km, how many dents/dings & scratches, how was the maintenance? All depends on shape, keep up, etc.
