When I do head gaskets all I do is an oil/filter change after repair along with a radiator flush. If an extreme amount of coolant entered the oil I will change oil/filter right after repair then let vehicle idle for thirty minutes or so then change it again while engine is hot. But honestly that might be over kill.

Unless the antifreeze bottle says "all makes/all models" never ever mix different colored antifreezes! In some cases it will create a chemical reaction that will eat the engine from the inside out! HTH. -Jim
