my 4runner is running warmer than usual but not overheating. doent seem like the secondary fan is working. what could be the issue

Are you running the AC? If your gauge is accurate enough you will notice an increase in temp with the AC on and a hot day. But if you have any doubt about your thermostat then change it,also check for any debris in your radiator, like bugs, dirt, better to spend a little now then a lot later.

Not running a/c. Gauge shows temp as normal. Probably will change thermostat.
