10A fuse blows. Had low battery. still happens with new batt, 274K miles on 4runner
10A display fuse keeps blowing. Seems to be linked to reverse or AC or back window operation. No electrical probs before. Fuse is for dash: blower, AC, Fuel gauge, Tach, elect gauge, oil pressure gauge, idiot lights. Wondering if I dinged the Tailgate wires while hauling BBQ wood.
yes you probably put a cut in the protective cover on a wire and now its shorting out find the wire and put some shrink wrap on the exposed wire or you can cut the put a connector on it then shrink wrap it dont use electrical tape as over time it come off and you have the same problem all over again
Having the same issue with my 1997 4Runner (397,000miles). 10A Fuse keeps blowing for AC?? Just had tune up (plugs and wire replaced). Would this cause the fuse to keep blowing? How to fix?
I have the same problem with one of the 96. Now the adventure is to look for the cable that causes it. any where can i find a diagram ?
