First off we don't know what is exactly wrong with your cluster and just be guessing. So get a couple quotes from your local mechanic and or dealership in your area.

If your cluster doesn't turn on when the car is on and sometimes you can't shut the car off, most likely the problem is combination meter. The cost at the dealer is about $400 plus labor. There is a person on ebay that fixes clusters for $125. You just need to find a mechanic in your area that will take it out, and put it back in. I usually charge $300.
