Had battery changed. Now door locks, locks, while radio turns on and off. All of
this is done while car is moving. How do i get it fixed???

Check the battery connections are good, that the terminal ends aren't frayed or loose. From your description your car may be losing electrical power intermittently while driving. If you can't solve this yourself get it to a reliable shop or garage and ask them to check over the battery connections.
