The only thing I can think of is the exhaust needing attention?

Maybe but at higher speeds i can let off the accelerator and the noise does not really ease at all

Whats the tachometer doing when this does this?

its Normal and shifts through all gears smoothly

Well then the motor is not revving up, it is something else causing the noise, I'd say there is an exhaust leak somewhere. I can think of anything else to cause a similar description of the noise. I have a 2010 Impala.

ok well I appreciate the suggestions and I'll look into it

Update.. So I decided to take the car for a Cruz yesterday and found that the sound stops if I turn right.... So on my day off gonna lift her up check her out
