P0851 code> replace neutral safety switch, replaced harness. Light will go off for a while and come back on. Did have trouble starting on a few occasions. Turned key to on and then off and back on

P0851 Code. Replace neutral safety switch, replaced wire harness.
Occasionally can not start but if the key is turned to off then on 4 or 5 times
starts. Once started no problem
