My question is what am I missing?

I did a rebuild on an ej25d for a 30th edition Legacy s u s
everything is in place and everything is been renewed that
was broken and I mean everything it's like brand spanking
new under the hood but I can't get any Spark so I'm going to
list the things that I checked or replaced. I replace the plugs
I replace the wires I replace the coil pack I replace the
ignition igniter I replace the ignition module replace the key
ignition I increased the ground connections I replaced the
crankshaft position sensor I replace the camshaft position
sensor I replaced the whole engine obviously cuz it's the
rebuild I replaced the TPS. Mind you as I ran voltmeter
inspections OBD2 code reading inspections I cancelled out
all my codes and yet there is still no spark I replaced fuses I
replaced relays this bad boy is like brand new but yet still
no spark the only thing I can think of is that it is an ECM
problem but even the signal from the scope says it's
running fine. I figured maybe it's the tccm nope that works
fine too I thought maybe it was a bad battery Note good
fully charged I thought it was a wiring harness nope all
closed Loops are good both positive and negative. Why
won't my car start?

Some times it is the least obvious thing that gets overlooked that is the cause. I replaced my coil pac and wires earlier this year and had the same problem your experiencing . What I found was the weather pac connection for power to the coil was not totally connected. I dismounted the coil and pushed the connection till it clicked remounted coil and wala it started. May not be your problem but worth a look if not check for ground wires not connected anywhere in the engine compartment . Hope this helps.
