My tc abs and engine light stays on and my gears change hard why on 2006 Chevy colbolt lt

My abs and t/c light has come on after I start driving at like 35 or higher. When I cut the car off and start it back up, light doesn't come on until after I hit 35 mph. I wish someone could tell me what this is. (804) 478-8803. DJ Rodie. Thanks
