2006 Chevy Cobalt brake problem

Already change brake pads rotors brake calipers
wheel bearing assembly, I also did a quick brake
fluid bleeding and it feels like the car have some
resistance like the brake pads are not open all the
way car doesn't have the acceleration that
supposed to be also when I release the gas pedal
the car loose speed quick like brake pads are
having some friction I had a 2003 Cavalier and it
did the same thing I think Chevy cheap design the
braking system

Gm engineering is not your problem. Vehicle maintenance and repair is. If the brakes are dragging that badly with all those new parts then there have either been incorrect parts used or there is a problem with the installation. There are some specific procedures related to the proportioning valve and ABS system that need to be followed. Do some homework or take it to a shop. If you continue driving it that way you’ll ruin all those new parts and have to start over.
I have had Japanese cars with over 200 k miles never got problems already spend too much money and time I would never buy a Chevy again
