locked out

Asked by Jim Sep 23, 2019 at 01:11 PM about the 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt LS Sedan FWD

I have a 2006 cobalt 2.2 ecotec that will not start .I changed the
starter,battery,new key.checked all wires and fuses,I have power every where
,lights all ok tryed the key reset solution,with old and new keys it didnt
work.HELP I AM LOST AT THIS POINT....
