We try to turn ac off while driving and it keeps blowing. Same thing when
parked and running. Knob is put on 0 and it still is on.

sounds like the knob is broken.

I changed my resistor, nope, same thing. Then I changed relay, nope, same thing. Then I replaced switch for 18 bucks online, worked fine till I hit a bump then you guessed it...same thing. I took control panel out with car running and fan shut off, put it back in and it started blowing again. After inspection of switch wires I found one wire rubbing against metal support bracket, tapped it up real good...problem solved. Hope this helps someone.
