The C4's are known to run HOT The basics are check the cooling system from water pump to thermostat, make sure the electric fan is coming on (I know so basic).. and the system is air free and filled fully.. I have changed many over to a 3 core radiator based on age alone, and watched as operational temperature drops dramatically.
