How to repair water leakin in oil

If your asking about coolant migrating into the engine oil, your looking at some engine work. Either a headgasket and or lower intake gasket. You can do a compression or leak down test to verify. Did the car overheat? If so, you might have warped or crack the block or the head or heads requiring some engine machine work as well.
