Most probably not if you see that it is bent. Most wheel repair shops won't spend the time to repair a cheap rim. Easier, safer and cheaper to find a good used one at wheel repair shop or auto recycler/salvage yard.

You may also find that a new one is still available through GM. That would be more costly but it would not have any previous damage. Probably about $250.
