Curious. Why two red leads to battery? One should be black (negative terminal). Hopefully it is connected to the chassis ground even though a red cable was used.

It's grounded but all this wiring seems fucked up. Top picture I can't seem to find where it broke from

Let's avoid the profanity. Thank you! That piece you are holding looks like a clamp to secure a wiring harness. Like the one on the right side of the photo that's dangerously close to the serpentine belt! Your Grand Prix is supposed to have side mount battery cables, not top posts. Those cables are in terrible condition and should be replaced. The battery should be replaced with the correct side mount terminals as well! When you do, put Vaseline on the battery terminals and battery cable connectors and they'll never ever corrode! Look around the area on the body, possibly the strut tower for a hole that one side of that plastic clamp will pop into. There should be a nipple on the clamp. If it's broken off, you need a new one. Your local auto parts store should have a replacement. Then clamp down whatever is in the area that seems out of place. Like that wiring harness that's just asking to be cut by the serpentine belt!!
