how do you remove the blower motor relay and where is it located in relation to the blower motor

If it's like a 2000 model it will be in the underhood fuse box. It may be labeled HVAC. HTH. -Jim

Arn't you talking about the blower resistor? The relay is in the fuse box that can be found on the right hand side of the engine bay just south of the car battery.
