Well, if you think its a fuse then it would be a good idea to check the fuses to make sure. All that info is in your owner's manual. It's much more likely that the resistor in the duct work on the passenger side has burned out. Did you loose fan speeds slowly starting with low speed and ending with the high speed? If that's what happened then its almost definitely the resistor. The fan itself rarely just fails out of the blue. If its been making lots of loud noises and then quit it might be the fan motor, but if its been running quietly then its likely still fine. Do some proper trouble shooting before you start spending money. It rarely works out if you do it the other way around.
