No power getting into car
My car 04 grand prix over heated really bad so i
changed the waterpump and thermostat and it
started down pouring in the middle of changing the
waterpump everything got soaked however it
started right up. When i parked it it never turned
over again. I changed the starter,ignition
module,battery,and nothing no power any where
except the battery,alternator,and starter no power
anwhere inside the car no
horn,dashlights,radio,nothing at all. Someone
please help me im a single father of a 6yr old boy
with autism and been without a vehicle for 4
months now and struggling terribly to get him to dr
appts,school,ect im out of ideas
Sounds like a short to ground. Electrical problems are hard to find even for the most experienced mechanics. One of the connections might still be wet or corroded. No sense in replacing parts you don't need. At this point, it sounds like you should have the car towed to your local garage for diagnosis. They can use all the special scanners and tools to find the issue and get your car running in a day.
Its been sitting at a shop and the guy i guess is lazy and said it could be anything and wont even pull it in his garage
