Doors and truck will not work electronically at all ( key, outside, inside ) only manually. Any ideas?

Dead battery in the remote? Or, more likely something broken inside the remote. The metal retainer that holds the battery also conducts the power. That clip commonly breaks free from the circuit board. If you are any good at soldering on circuit boards you can probably fix it.
