Motor turning but no movement Windows stuck up

Sounds like the window regulator. There's cables in the door that are part of the window regulator assembly that can wear and break. Best to replace the entire window regulator assembly. You're lucky, when the cables break the window usually falls down inside the door!! HTH. -Jim
