Hey do you think it is safe to drive a car that
just caught fire from me spilling oil on itk

No,not safe if already caught fire, may do it again, have the engine washed off,

How bad did it burn? If it was locallized from a spill and you put it out quickly, a simple check of things around the flame area should tell you if any major damage to external wiring or electronics was done. If there is no evidense of such, start it up and drive. (good idea to make sure the spilled oil is cleaned up before doing this)
