May need to clean the throttle body and IAC with throttle body cleaner (have to remove & replace gaskets), while at it use the throttle body cleaner to clean the PCV valve & vacuum hose too. Do a complete tune up or at least check/test plugs & wires. Check all fuse's. Make sure all sensors connectors are getting a good connection.

If its revving high, but not accelerating it sounds like transmission issues. If you were scanning for codes though some sort of transmission code should have come up. Hmmmmm.

Its not he tranni. It like its like there s air flow problem. When eze off after gunning it. It does like . Dog pantting kind of noise

Does it have a good air filter on it? Transmission codes has to be read by high end dealer scanners a regular scanner can not see trans codes. Dog panting, check or replace your spark plugs & Wires and that they are all tight and also the EGR, PCV Valves & Vacuum hoses, look for Vacuum leaks at the intake manifold and be sure PCV valve is inside valve cover correct. Do the dreaded compression check on each cylinder. Check that the ignition coil and distributor & rotor are good. and do as I said above in first post and check all electrical connections.
