my 2002 pontiac grand prix has a 3.1 v6 and it will sometimes miss a little whenever I stop at a red light or try to take off it will some times jerk me head lights dim as well what is this?

I had the alternator and battery checked and they came back good.

not sure about the headlight thing but i have a jeep and had problems with it not wanting to run right. I ended up changing all my spark plugs in it. Have someone check them could be the tips were gone on them like they were mine.
