Bose or no Bose?

Asked by Oct 26, 2013 at 11:20 AM about the 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix SE

Question type: Car Customization

I recently bought a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix. I am trying to find out if this car has the
Bose stock stereo or not. I need to know so I can get the correct wiring harness, mounts,
etc. to install the new stereo.

Look at the sticker on the inside of the trunk lid with all the letters and numbers on it. This tells you what options your specific car has. If you see option code U85 you have a Bose system. HTH. -Jim
