it would be very helpful to have that code read. you can't really tell if an engine has spark by listening. Is the battery fully charged and turning the engine over really well. is there fuel at the fuel rail? and also, IS there spark. If there is spark and fuel, then how much fuel pressure? few places to start, good luck!

Scan the car for the codes, and check your fuel pressure and ignition components/wiring.

I charged the battery fully charged and lights cum on but it wont start

Should i try brand new battery?

no, don't buy a new battery until you have that one Load tested. most places that sell batteries will do that. Les schwab tires in our area does it. but really, you should be checking the things that Tom and i listed before also.
