Asked by Jan 19, 2017 at 09:12 PM about the 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix 4 Dr GTP Supercharged Sedan

Question type: General

I have bypassed my restrictor and am
currently running my 99 grandprix
supercharged fuel pump on high speed. My
question is do i fix this problem by
completely replacing my fuel pump? Is my
fuel pump RESTRICTOR located in my fuel
pump or is it a separate part?

If you're talking about the fuel pump resistor (found only on supercharged GTP models) it's in the passenger's side front fender behind the battery. HTH. -Jim
