Fuse?

checked both under hood and in dash

took new speaker hooked to house radio and come on

could be wires... if it's an older car the wires just tend to give ....... i had an opel zafira 2000 and the same thing happened and it was faulty wiring

pain in the ass to find the wire that is faulty though.... i had to rip off a lot of interior but it is just plastic...... i don't know about your car

so- pull radio-run new wires for rear speakers

my english isn't great for car parts but you can check the wire by pulling out the speaker and using an ampmeter or something like that(not sure in english) easy way to check if the wiring is bad..... also what kind of radio do you have?

might be the jack on the radio....or wires other than that not much i can think of :) good luck
