My car has a real bad knock, but has full oil. Plus when I turn the switch, the lights come on but it doesn't say nothing.

You have a rod knock. Don't know why but that is what it is. Not Good.

could be anything..even a broken valve spring to a ac copressor...a rod knock? do you push it hard?

Rod or other valve related problem is likely. You need to address this quickly if you want to continue to use the car reliably. Diagnosis and fix is not that difficult for any shop but pick one that has a good reputation in the area.
